September Spotlight Business of the Month for the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is Bush’s Chicken.
The franchise, owned by Jennifer and Sonny Daniel, was opened in July of 2010 in the old Ponte’s Diner location at 680 West Highway 84.
Open 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. daily, the restaurant has a staff of twenty-seven employees.
Bush’s Chicken donates tea, ice, and cups to the Fairfield Eagle’s concession stand for each home game, and the school keeps 100% of the profit.
On Monday, September 24, 2018, a donation of 20% of all net profit will be given to Kande Wilson to help with medical costs in her fight against cancer.
