Big T Memorial BBQ Cookoff & Musical Festival will be held September 7th & 8th at the Freestone County Fairgrounds in Fairfield, Texas.
Pre-sale ticket prices are $10 for Friday, $15 for Saturday, $20 for the weekend, or $55 for VIP all weekend pass. These prices are good thru August 15th.
VIP tickets include front row VIP Parking, access to the VIP Tent with up close seating to the bands, two (2) drink tickets, and Big T Memorial T-Shirt.
Headliner for the Music Festival is country rock band, Little Texas.
Friday night include headliner JB And The Moonshine Band, with opener Blacktop Mojo.
Gates open Friday at 5:00 p.m.; musicians take the stage at 9:00 p.m.
Cook’s Choice Competition voting will be held Friday from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday night will include openers Cameran Nelson & Mitch Ballard’s Singer & Songwriter Showcase featuring Chris Kirkpatrick from NSYNC and ACM Award Winning songwriter D. Vincent Williams.
Gates open Saturday at 5:00 p.m.; musicians take the stage at 6:00 p.m.
Cookoff Winners & Trophy Presentation will be held at 5:30 p.m.
A new kids’ cook-off has been added to the event for Saturday. Stay tuned for details.
This year’s cook-off event will be a Lone Star BBQ sanctioned event.
This event is sponsored by the City of Fairfield. Proceeds benefit children with special needs in Freestone, Anderson, Navarro, Leon and Limestone counties.
