A recent business start-up lands three in jail.

Freestone County Sheriff’s Office received information that an individual was selling alcoholic beverages out of their home without a permit.

Upon investigation, three subjects Johnna Amos, Arthur Amos, and Cassandra Daniels were arrested in Teague on Friday, May 4, 2018 on the following charges:

–Cassandra Daniels, 29, white female, was charged with selling alcohol to a minor (Class A Misdemeanor) – $1,500 bond and selling liquor without permit (Class B Misdemeanor) – $2,500 bond.  Daniels has bonded out.

–Johnna Amos, 38, white female, was charged with selling liquor without permit – $2,500 bond, and five counts of abandoning or endangering a child (State Jail Felony) – $10,000 bond.  Amos has bonded out.

–Arthur Amos, 31, black male, was charged with selling liquor without a permit – $2,500 bond, five counts of abandoning or endangering a child – !0,000, and Possession of Marijuana more than 2 ounces but less than 4 ounces (Class A Misdemeanor) – $1,000 bond.

Assisting were Teague Police Department, Wortham Police Department, and Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
