Fairfield Police Association (FPA) is proud to announce that McDonald’s of Fairfield has donated $1,000 towards the Houston Flowers Memorial Scholarship Fund.

McDonald’s has issued a challenge to all local businesses to match their donation.

This Saturday, FPA will host their 2nd Annual Back the Blue BBQ Benefit Fundraiser. Part of the proceeds will go toward the new scholarship fund.
Join the FPA members on May 12th on the courthouse square from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be live music provided by One Less Monkey, along with good food.

Brisket meal will be $10 a plate. There will also be a dessert auction.
Food will be served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., while supplies last.
FPA will be raffling off an AR-15 223 caliber; Yeti Tumblers, Koozies &Coolers; and RTIC Tumblers; and Marlin 22 Rifle.

Raffle tickets are $10 each, and may be purchased at the Fairfield Police Department.

FPA is a non-profit organization that has not direct ties to the City of Fairfield and the Fairfield Police Department.

The Back the Blue BBQ benefit allows the association to help out in the community throughout the year, sponsoring summer baseball teams, Little Dribbler basketball and soccer teams.

This year, a memorial scholarship will be awarded to a Fairfield High School Senior Student.
