Earning the title of February’s Business of the Month for the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is Tri-County Golf Club at The Vineyards.

The club, located half way between Fairfield and Teague on Highway 84, is currently owned by Meda and Steve Beaird, who purchased the property in February 2016; and is run by the Tri-County Golf Association.

“We’ve always loved it here,” says Mrs. Beaird. “The Club serves as a way to bring Fairfield, Teague, and the surrounding areas together in a family environment.”

Since the Beairds took ownership of the property, vast improvements have been made to the building, swimming pool, and course itself.

The club now offers Friday Night Fish Fry. For $10, you get all you can eat fish with two sides. This will be going on all year long.

Lunch is available daily, dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, and the bar is open on a daily basis as well.

Room rentals are available for meetings, parties, weddings, and other events.

On Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. is the Senior Scramble; and on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. is the Ladies Scramble.

Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Friday & Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
