Current and former members of Calvary Baptist Church of Fairfield enjoyed one of their best ever annual pheasant hunting trips to the Texas Panhandle the first week of December. Temperatures ranged from 21-40 degrees during the hunt with their Friday morning outing greeting them with wind chills in the single digits. A total of 29 ringed necked pheasants were harvested along with 10 quail during the 2-1/2 days of hunt.
