Dear Editor,
I want to share this with everyone to remind all our children to show love and thanks to all the moms and dads.
Steve didn’t have a dad. That is why he sent this to me.
But there are a lot of good dads out there.

For all the endless love you’ve shown,
For all the nights you spent alone,
For all the nights I stayed out late,
To come home and find you still awake.
For the promises you’ve always kept,
When I was sick you never slept,
The things you needed, you never bought,
So I could have the things I sought.
For tolerating me when I was bad,
For cheering me up when I was sad,
For helping me grow through the years,
And wiping away my endless tears.
When I grew up and began to roam,
I did not realize I left you alone at home,
But momma I’m glad that you are mine,
For all the days you made life shine.
I send my thoughts of you today,
And find so many ways to say,
“I Love You Mom”
