A TWO VEHICLE WRECK on Hwy 27 at PR 1283 (second entrance of the Oak Forrest Edition) resulted in the driver of a handicapped silver Hyundai 4-door car being sent to ETMC-Fairfield for observation. The vehicle was struck on the driver’s side by a blue car at about 5:15 p.m. on Monday evening, September 26, 2016. Freestone County Sheriff’s Office deputies worked the scene with the help of Fairfield EMS.
