December closed out the 2020 year above normal on rainfall at 6.01 inches.
We had seven days with measurable rainfall with a greatest one-day total of 2.95 inches December 31. Normal December rainfall is 4.17 inches.
Total rainfall for the year was 59.78 inches, 17.37 inches above our normal of 42.41 inches.
A couple of oddities were that July, normally our driest month of the year, was our wettest month and October, our normally wettest month was among the drier months.

December temperatures were slightly above normal with low of 32 degrees on December 1 and 17 and a high temperature of 81 degrees on December 9.
Temperatures for the year were fairly mild in that we had only two triple-digit days, highs of 100 degrees on August 15 and 16.
Our freezes were minimal with lows of 32 degrees on February 27 and December 1 and 17.
We did have 0.02 inch of melted snow on February 5.

January is normally our colest month. Normal rainfall for January is 3.00 inches.
