Who has a white beard, round belly and a perfect Texan yet jolly laugh? A Lone Star Santa of course!
What does a Lone Star Santa do exactly? Well, that is a bit more complex, but their mission is to spread Love, Hope, Joy, and the Spirit of Christmas throughout the world, and to thereby enrich the Santa experiences of children of all ages, faith traditions, and ethnic origin.
This experience is not solely for your average bearded Santa, but it even includes designer beard Santa’s, Mrs. Claus’, elves, and anyone else who might want to share in the Spirit of Christmas.
Along with being a group of Santa’s who bring the joy of Christmas year round, Lone Star Santa’s do what they call the Convoy of Toys, where they bring toys for children who are in areas that experienced tremendous loss, such as after a hurricane or tornado.
They do take on members, with the dues being only $50 for the first year and $25 each year after.

Members are required to have an annual background check, making sure everyone’s families are kept safe.
Not only does it give a place for Santa’s to coordinate, but it also lets people find the right kind of Santa nearest to them.
