Harold Eugene Lockwood passed peacefully on March 8, 2019 at the age of 63. At his wishes there will be a memorial Barbeque in June. Details will be available in the coming months for friends and family. Gene was born on June 14, 1955 in Gladewater, Texas to parents Harold Lockwood and Barbara Stevenson Lockwood. He was a long time resident of Fairfield with his wife of 40 years, Reina Lynn Wilcoxen Lockwood. He was an Army veteran, a master mechanic, and all around jack of all trades. He spent the better part of his life in and around the oilfields of Texas. He is survived by his wife Reina Lynn Wilcoxen Lockwood; son Chris Lockwood and his wife Mandy of Fort Lee, VA, daughter Natalie Hardy and husband Lance of Troup, Tx; mother Barbra Robinson and her husband Joe of Gladewater, TX; sister Kathy Sargent and her husband Terry of Whitedeer, TX; brother Todd Lockwood and his wife Debra of Marshall, TX. He also had four grandkids Logan, Kash, Raelyn and Ryker. Rather than flowers, the family asks that you donate in Gene’s name to the Cancer Treatment Center of America in Tulsa, OK.
