There will be five voting locations open in Freestone County that will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

–First Baptist Church of Teague Family Life Center: Donie #3, Teague #5, and Freestone #10
–Dogan Cafeteria: Fairfield #2, Butler #11, Dew #13, and Lanely #14
–Southern Oaks Clubhouse: St. Elmo #8
–Wortham Community Center: Cotton Gin #4, Kirvin #6, Wortham #7, Teague #9, and Streetman #15
UPCOMING ELECTIONS
Official candidate filings begin next month for the 2018 local elections.
Primary Elections for the Democratic and Republican parties will be held on March 6, 2018 for County, State and National offices.
Those running for office may officially file for their respective positions starting November 11, 2017. Last day to file candidacy is December 11, 2017.
School Board and City Council Elections will be held May 5, 2018.
Candidates for School Trustee, City Council or Mayor may file beginning January 17, 2018.
Last day to sign your name to the ballot for School or City Elections is February 16, 2018.
