The 16th Jay Alderman scholarship Tournament had another successful year.
This year’s First Place winners were Peggy Sessions and Joe Baker.
The second place winners were John Bragg and Ty Conner. They had their choice of a Hy-O belt buckle or custom engraved dominoes.
A very good crowd attended the benefit this year! They enjoyed a brisket dinner, bake sale, fun, fellowship, and playing 42.
The family sincerely thanks those who so graciously put in their time, money and effort to make this worthy event possible. You are so appreciated. They also thank those who donated baked goods, monetary gifts and other items.
Of course, it could not be possible without the community support and those who traveled to join in on the games.
Proceeds from the event directly benefit a scholarship fund in Jay’s memory, which is designed for Teague ISD seniors.
