On September 1, during the Bulldogs opening Friday night varsity football game against the Itasca Wampuscats, the percussion section was recognized as the section of the week during the band’s halftime show. Alex Munster (below), who plays the snare drum, was chosen as band member of the week for all of her hard work during summer band camp.
The Bulldog band has been working on their UIL marching contest show entitled “Mission Beyond” during their summer band practices.
The band is under the direction of Mr. William Hayworth.
The band would like to thank the community for all their support; and all are invited to come out and see their new halftime show.
