Congratulations to the Fairfield High School Girls Cross Country team, who earned Tenth Place at the State Meet in Round Rock on Monday, November 23, 2020. Their average time was 13:39.53 with seven runners competing in the race.

A determined Madox Mitchael (above) runs Cross Country at the Regional meet.

Freshman Madox Mitchael took 14th place overall with a time of 12:44.52.

Earning medals their first year as members of the Fairfield High School Girls Cross Country team are Freshman (middle right): Madox Mitchael, Lilian McBean, and Emma Jo Smith.

Freshman Emma Jo Smith earned 41st place with a time of 13:34.94.

Reacting to the news that her team made it to State is Jacey Jones.

Junior Jarahle Daniels finished 53rd place overall with a time of 13:49.14.

Sophomore Jacey Jones followed in 54th place with a time of 13:49.33.

Freshman Lillian McBean took 65th place with a time of 14:19.71.

Arly Salazar finished in 74th place with at time of 14:43.67.

And, Emily Leatheman completed in 76th place with a time of 15:04.73.

The Lady Eagles team is under the direction of Head Coach Tarsha Graves and Assistant Coach Sally Whitaker.
