Rolling out their new water billing software this month is the City of Teague.

In a recent Facebook post, the City stated that the new bills have been completed and mailed out.

Customers will be getting new account numbers. They can wait to receive their bill, which will include their new account number; or they may call City Hall at 254-739-2547, ext. 101.

Customers who were previously set up on bank draft for their monthly billing will continue with no interruption.

For remitting payments:

–Online: at https://eonlinebill.com/bapp/teague/indexl via ACH or credit/debit card. OR at www.cityofteaguetx.com, click on Online Payments, Utility Payment Portal, then continue to Login following the prompts on the screen.

–Phone: Call 1-855-230-7396 and enter your 15-digit account number. This will be our district code 73001 followed by your 10-digit customer account number. Payment can be made 24/7.

–Dropbox: Check and money order only. Please NO cash.

–In Office: Check, cash, credit/debit, or money order.
