The Meals on Wheels Dogwood Travelers is planning a tour of New Orleans and Natchez November 7-11, 2016. Bus will depart from Tyler at the Chuck’s Bus Barn and from the Palestine Senior Center, on Monday morning November 7, and will return on Friday, November 11.
First stop will be in New Orleans. While in New Orleans there will be a visit to the National World War II Museum, with a 4DMovie; Blain Kern’s Mardi Gras World Tour; New Orleans Cooking School with dinner; and free time in the French Quarter. Also, dinner and dancing at Mulatte’s the premiere Cajun Restaurant.
On the way to Natchez, MS there will be a tour of Frogmore Cotton Plantation and their Delta Music Museum; Joe Stone Musical; Stanton Hall Antebellum House; Linden Historic Mansion; Longwood Mansion and a Carriage Tour of Historic Natchez.
While in Natchez there will be one dinner at the Rolling River Bistro, and dinner at a historic restaurant, either Magnolia Hall or Lansdowne.
Four nights lodging will be included at Holiday Inn Express, two nights in New Orleans and two nights in Natchez. 
Cost per person on this tour for Single occupancy is $1370; Double occupancy- $1070; Triple occupancy- $1,000, and Quadruple occupancy- $960.
