Don’t miss your chance to see some of Palestine and surrounding communities’ greatest talents in this fun, full-length musical adaptation about James and his adult-sized insect friends and their adventures in a floating, flying peach.

The cast and crew have been hard at work all summer perfecting their craft so you can enjoy this story based on the book by Roald Dahl who also wrote such hits as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, and The BFG.

This show, sponsored by Nucor Vulcraft Grapeland and Ellen Weber DDS, has something for every one of all ages, from ballads to quirky, upbeat songs with dance, lots of comedy, a touching story about family, and even a few facts about insects you might not know.

Put it on your calendar so you can leave reality outside the doors and enter the world of live theater. You’re guaranteed to go away with a smile on your face humming your favorite tune from the show, and you’ll be supporting the Arts in East Texas.

Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 PM, and Sundays start at 2:00 PM.

There will be a complimentary reception at 6:30 PM before the curtain goes up on the first Friday, July 28.
