IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT 4-H CLUBS or AgriLife Extension programs, you may have spoken with Sandy Hoeinghaus Owens, Secretary for the Freestone County Extension in Fairfield. After working 31 years for Social Security in Waco, Sandy began working a little closer to home, beginning the end of April. She grew up in Stewards Mill and is an alum of Fairfield High School. Sandy mans the office from 8:00 a.m. until noon on Monday through Friday.
