Branch Manager Jason Hullum (middle), of Community National Bank & Trust of Fairfield, hands a $3,000 check to Mandie Judd of the Fairfield History Club to be used for their 47th Annual Queen of the Trinity Star Pilgrimage, being held Sunday, May 7, 2017.

Community National is the official sponsor for this year’s event.

Mark Your Calendars for Sunday, May 7th

The 47th Annual Queen of the Trinity Star Pilgrimage, hosted by the Fairfield History Club, will be presented on the beautiful grounds of the Moody-Bradley House on Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

The event will include music, melodrama, pageant, and auction. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

Tickets are available at Community National Bank, Kennedy’s Korner, Accessories, Etc., and Texas Outfitters. Adult tickets are $15, children ages 6 – 10 are $7. There is no charge for children 5 and under.

The event is generously sponsored by Community National Bank & Trust of Texas – Fairfield.

In addition to the Pilgrimage, the History Club presents the Little Miss Trinity Star, for girls ages 3 – 6. and Trinity Star Princess Pageants, for girls ages 7 – 10.

To qualify for the Pageants, contestants must attend the Trinity Star Pageant meeting on April 18th at the Moody-Bradley House, located at 318 Moody Street in Fairfield.

Contestants must be between the ages of 3 – 10 years old as of May 7, 2017, be a resident of Freestone County, and sell a minimum of five adult Pilgrimage tickets. A special prize will be awarded to the contestant who sells the most tickets!

Completed applications must be submitted by April 21, 2017 to Kennedy’s Korner, Armadillo Emporium, of the Fairfield ISD Administration Office.

Little Miss contestants must be dressed and in place by 1 p.m., Princess contestants by 1:30 p.m.

Attire is cute and fun!
